In January 2010, Erica Torrez opened the doors to A & J Property Managers as the sole owner and broker. After years of professional experience working for various property management companies, she decided to start a new journey with her own vision for success.
Receiving her real estate license at age 18, Erica has had had the opportunity to experience any and every situation, scenario, and scene. She has done everything in the business from cleaning apartments and turning vacancies to successfully managing companies and doubling their profits. Erica worked for Nielsen Property Managers, Inc. as the Principal Regional Manager, managing over 200+ properties and 1800+ units before transitioning into her own practice. Her experience ranges from managing various properties differing in size throughout Downtown & Midtown to managing single-family homes throughout the Greater Sacramento area.
After 30 years in the industry, with more than a decade, operating her own successful company, no job is too small or big for us to handle.
